Paul Tigan is a strategist and facilitator based in Salem, Oregon, with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations turn complex information into clear direction. His work spans natural resources, public policy, philanthropy, and community development, with a focus on natural resources management, urban environments, and data-driven decision-making.

Paul’s experience ranges from the halls of the US Capitol to his local Neighborhood Associations, forest stream crossings to Midtown Manhattan boardrooms. He has worked in federal land management, business consulting, and local government, and now partners with mission-driven teams to build clarity, alignment, and momentum.

Paul has been lucky to work with such organizations as the US Department of the Interior, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Natural Resources Defense Council, and the Water Foundation.

He currently serves his community as a City Councilor in Salem, Oregon.
